about Modernist
Modernist is a San Francisco based private social & venture club founded in 2015.
Started as a community of 100+ friends, founders, investors and innovators has blossomed to a ~ 500 member club at 139 Steuart St (this location will remain open)
Founding Members include: Founders of Youtube, Twitch, Cruise, Paypal, Coinbase, CEO of YCombinator, & many more.

Modernist Founding Lifetime Memberships have just a one time fee ($7,500-$50,000). There is no annual membership fee, ever*. Founding members will be given an NFT representing digital ownership of their membership, this ‘Lifetime Membership’ may be resold or transferred to others**
Annual memberships- $2,000/yr, includes $500 annual tab/credit.
Under 30 memberships- $1000/yr or $300/quarter (Special offers also available for Forbes 30u30, YC, GSB, HBS Alums)
* Waived initiation fee, no annual fee for these initial ‘Founding Lifetime Membership’ purchases.

You may apply to be a founding or annual member of ‘Modernist Exchange’ below. This initial private sale will consist of only 365 ‘founding’ memberships, each with their own access & benefits. Those accepted will be pre-approved to purchase founding membership & to receive their NFT or annual membership. Initiation fee is waived for those in our founding Private Sale 1.
There will be a total of ~ 3650 Lifetime Memberships (Digital Ownership via NFT) released over a period of 10 years
Your Lifetime membership can be sold or transferred to others on the secondary market, new holder will have access to our digital content/community, but must apply prior to becoming a member w/access to our physical clubhouse(s).
